Availability

DGM’s hardware platform is co-located in a Class A Data Center, which provides high levels of protection from failures and disasters and stable operating conditions for the equipment. Every platform component is doubled for redundancy and high-availability. This guarantees an uninterruptable operation for the whole platform.

Management and Monitoring Separate vSphere Cluster with separate vCenter on which all monitoring, management and security systems and software is deployed.

99.99%

Management Network Separate physical network with separate network switches for Out-of-band access to existing hardware, without depending on the state of hardware  (direct independent link to the Management Processors of servers, Disk Arrays,  Core / Distribution / Access Network Equipment, ePDU (controllable power cords in cabinets), Environmental Monitoring systems

System Architecture The equipment is mirrored in separate Racks, so that it is possible to stop 50% of the hardware without interruption of the services.
Data Center Class A Data Center with 99.99% guaranteed service availability. Level of availability is achieved by reserving the technical infrastructure of the Data Center:N+1: Four independent electrical feeds @10kVA, to two different 110kVA grid sub-stations, are powering a transformer station with two redundant transformers. Sophisticated Automatic Transfer Switch system is in place.

N+1: Three diesel generators capable of providing backup power for the full load of the Data Center for at least 72 hours (and longer if the tank is refueled);

2N+1: Two groups of N pieces of UPS-system allow more than one failure of UPS without power interruption;

The entire electrical system has built-in redundancy to ensure continuous operation
